Courtyard Austin South – Hotel near airport in Austin

The hotel did a great job the following day to provide new towels, clean up, etc. The rooms are clean and spacious, but they need updating, and check-in is only available after 4 pm.

My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfy, but the unnecessary sofa bed took up space. The service was friendly, but I wish they provided more help with transportation. The location was convenient for my trip, although surrounded by similar hotels. The dining experience was average, and the facilities were well-maintained.

The hotel is conveniently located just south of downtown, offering adequate and spacious rooms with all necessary amenities. The service was generally friendly, with some minor mishaps in one instance. The dining options were a bit pricey and could be improved. The hotel provides a clean and neat environment but may lack some modern upgrades.

The hotel has some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and updating, but it offers a cheerful and welcoming service. The location may not be ideal for exploring Austin easily, and the dining options could be better. However, the hotel facilities are satisfactory.

Even though being close to IH35, the rooms are dated with very limited options for plugging in phones or devices, but they are clean, spacious, and beautiful. The service, from the front desk to the housekeepers, is super friendly, very attentive to your needs, and excellent. The location is convenient for the area but not worth the stay; it's a nothing location oddly surrounded by other similar hotel chains, on a busy freeway, surrounded by car dealers and nothing else. The dining, as a part of the room fee, included in the room fee will keep me from staying at this hotel. Facilities need improvement.
